On July 15, 2020, Verb Technology Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release augmenting its selected preliminary unaudited operating results for the three months ended June 30, 2020, based on preliminary unaudited financial information, as previously disclosed by press release and furnished (not filed) as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on July 13, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished (not filed) as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
